- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Premium Adventure with Balloon Flights Important Information
- It is mandatory to provide Emirates ID copy / Passport copy for each passenger at the time of booking. This is in accordance with aviation regulations set by the Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). Please update passport / emirates id copy in the below link https://balloonflightswaiver.com/24 hours before the flight to complete the check in process and guest has to fill and sign the waiver form at site before the flight . (Without above this documents passengers are not allowed to fly)
- The guest’s valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations, allowing us to communicate the pickup time and provide any updates regarding the tour.
- Sharing transfer is not available from Palm jebel Ali, Expo ,Dubai investment Park, Al Maktoum Airport ,Al khawaneej, Al -Aweer , Dubai south , Damac Hills , Sharjah and other emirates
- Minimum 2 pax required to book this tour
- Private transfers available from other Emirates at an additional cost.
- The Balloon Flights team will share the exact pickup time the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
- Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in the cancellation of the entire flight.
- The pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Children under 5 years old and individuals over 70 years old will not be permitted to fly.
- The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
- Minimum age for Quad bike ride is 16 years.
- Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly.
- A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided.
- All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing. The company does not accept responsibility for any adverse health conditions, as guests participate at their own risk.
- Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.
- Guests are not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly prohibited from flying.
- Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for this activity. Be sure to avoid high heels and wear comfy shoes or boots instead.
- This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee problems, back issues, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights.
- Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety and following flying guidelines. If the flight is canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.

Cancellations : Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure are eligible for 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to tour departure will be 100% charged and not eligible for refund
· The refund will be processed within 5–11 business days to the original payment method used.

- If you are traveling by road and want to enter UAE by Road, you will need original visa copy issued by immigration which will cost additional AED150 per person. (courier charges extra).
- Please note that visa processing can be done only upon the completion of required documentation and clearance of payments.
- All visa application is for single entry only.
- It is recommended to apply for a visa at least 5 to 7 days prior to your arrival. We require five working days (Sunday to Thursday) days to process your visa. In case your application is held by the immigration, it may take two more days for your visa approval.
- Upon the approval of your visa by the UAE Immigration Authority, we'll send you a copy of visa to your email. Take a print out of this visa copy to submit at the airport's passport control section. Original copy of visa is not required.
- If you are traveling by road and want to enter UAE by Road, you will need original visa copy issued by immigration which will cost additional AED 150 per person. (courier charges extra).
- Visa Approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officials, and Rayna Tours & Travels should not be held responsible for the rejection of your visa application. Moreover, the RTT cannot guarantee that all applications will be approved. Once your Visa Application is submitted to the Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved, rejected or in the event your visa is approved but you are unable to travel to the UAE.
- Some airline service providers may entail passengers for an 'Ok to Board' approval, which, at most, should be done 24hours prior to the stipulated flight departure time. Upon your request, the RTT can do it for you for an extra charge.
- If your visa application is denied by the UAE Immigration, we'll send you a copy of the same for your record.
- A fine of AED100 will be incurred from the guarantee amount, if the traveler is not able to travel upon the issuance of a visa.
- If a tourist does not leave the country on or before the due date, a penalty of AED150 per day will be incurred from the guarantee amount.
- The security cheque of the guarantor will be deposited, if a traveler on Rayna's sponsored visa has to face overstay due to imprisonment or committing of any crime.
- Once you leave the country, we require you to send us a copy of your passport's page with the UAE immigration's exit stamp. This will serve as a proof that you have left the country. Further, it enables us to double check it in our online system.
- The refund of security cheque is done only upon the clear confirmation of your departure from the country.
- It is the responsibility of the guarantor tocollect back your security within 3 months of the exit of your traveler fromUAE or ask us to cancel the chq and destroy by sending you email. After 3months RTT will cancel & destroy the security chq as per company policy andwill not be responsible.
- A reliable travel insurance plan is inevitable to tackle unforeseen events like medical emergencies during your travel. If you don't have one, the RTT can help you, though charges apply.
THINGS YOU MUST REMEMBER DURING TRAVEL
- Please ensure that you carry a valid, confirmed return air ticket.
- Another prerequisite is a confirmed accommodation booking in one of the UAE's hotels.
REASONS OF VISA REJECTION
When applying for a visa in UAE, the following 10 points can be the reasons for the rejection or disapproval of your visa.
- The visa application of a female visitor, who is under the age of 25 years, is likely to be rejected, if she plans to travel alone.
- The UAE immigration will reject the application that is submitted with the handwritten copies of passport from nationalities, such as Pakistan and Bangladesh.
- A visa application will be denied, if the applicant is blacklisted or is proved to the UAE immigration that he has committed a serious offense.
- The application may be rejected, if the applicant previously had a residence visa and exited the UAE without its cancellation.
- The application will be denied, if an individual had previously applied for a tourist visa and did not enter the country. In order to reapply, the previous visa should be cancelled.
- If photo used in the passport copies is blurred, your application is likely to get delayed or rejected.
- The visa application will be rejected, if the applicant's profession is mentioned as a laborer, cultivator or other unskilled task.
- Typing errors in your visa application can lead to its disapproval.
- An individual cannot apply for a new visa for at least six months, if he had previously applied for a job visa through a company in the UAE and not enter the country.
- Chances are that the visa processing of applicants with identical personal details including name and place may be delayed or sometimes even eliminated.

- If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable

- Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- NOTE: Children under five years old and individuals over 65 years old will not be permitted to fly.
Premium Adventure with Balloon Flights Itenarary
Pick-up:
Between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM from your hotel or residence in a Land Cruiser.
Pre-flight Refreshment & Safety Briefing: Stop at the Majlis for tea, coffee, water, and
restroom use. The balloon captain will then give a safety briefing before
transferring to the take-off site.
Take-off:
Scenic hot air balloon flight with live commentary from the captain.
After Landing:
Driver will pick you up from the landing area (location depends on wind
direction) and transfer you back to the Majlis for breakfast, Falconry show
& Camel ride
Quad bike ride : Guest
can enjoy 30 minute quad bike ride (single seater )
Drop-off:
After Quad bike ride , you will be dropped back at your hotel or residence.
