- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
- The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
- The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
- Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
- We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
- Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
- Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
- No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
- An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
- On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
- Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
- Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
- Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
- Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
- Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
- No refund for partly utilized services.
- Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Premium Adventure with Balloon Flights Important Information
- Emirates ID or passport copy is required for every passenger at the time of booking, per Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations.
- Complete the online waiver and upload your ID at least 24 hours before the flight; without this, you cannot fly.
- A valid WhatsApp number is required at booking, since the team uses it to confirm your exact pickup time the evening before the tour.
- Be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early, as delays can affect the whole group's flight.
- Children under 5 and guests over 70 are not permitted to fly.
- The maximum weight limit is 119 kg; heavier guests need pilot approval and pay an extra charge.
- Pregnant travellers cannot take part in the balloon flight.
- The minimum age for the quad bike ride is 16.
- Wear comfortable, casual clothing and closed shoes; avoid high heels for this activity.
- Guests must be in good physical condition, able to climb in and out of the basket and brace for landing; it is not suitable for those with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, or recent major surgery.
- Guests with disabilities, including physical, mental health or emotional conditions, are not able to take part in this activity.
- Balloon flights depend on weather; if a flight is cancelled for safety, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
Premium Adventure with Balloon Flights Terms
- A Dubai visa is issued solely at the discretion of UAE Immigration Authorities. So, Rayna Tours and Travels cannot guarantee that a visa application will be approved.
- Once your Dubai visa application is submitted, the visa fee is non-refundable, irrespective of it’s approved, rejected, or delayed.
- The processing duration provided is only an estimate. Visa processing may take longer due to UAE government holidays, or if additional documents are requested by UAE authorities.
- Applicants must submit a completely filled-out application with accurate information. Any errors, missing details, or misleading information may result in delays or even denial of a visa.
- UAE visa authorities may request additional information, security deposits documents during the processing of your visa to avoid delays or visa rejection.
- If a visa application is delayed or denied due to an applicant’s travel history like blacklisting or absconding cases, Rayna Tours and Travels should not be held responsible.
- Please note that approval of a Dubai does not guarantee entry into the country, as the final decision to enter the country at the port of entry is determined by immigration officials
- Travelers must bear any fines, penalties, or legal consequences due to overstay or violation of any visa rules.
- Dubai visa rules, documentation requirements, processing times, and fees may change without prior notice.

- All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
- If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
Premium Adventure with Balloon Flights Child Cancellation
- Children between age 5 to 11 years of will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
- NOTE: Children under five years old and individuals over 65 years old will not be permitted to fly.
Premium Adventure with Balloon Flights Itinerary
- Pick-up: Between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM from your hotel or residence in a Land Cruiser.
- Pre-flight Refreshment & Safety Briefing: Stop at the Majlis for tea, coffee, water, and restroom use. The hot air balloon captain will then give a safety briefing before transferring to the take-off site.
- Take-off: Scenic hot air balloon flight with live commentary from the captain.
- After Landing: Driver will pick you up from the landing area and transfer you back to the Majlis for buffet breakfast, & Camel ride
- Quad bike ride : Guest can enjoy 30 minute quad bike ride (single seater)
- Drop-off: After Quad bike ride , you will be dropped back at your hotel or residence.
