• Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
• The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
• The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes to the time listed on the website.
• Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
• We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
• On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
• Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
• Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
• Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

• The activity accommodates a maximum of four guests.
• It is mandatory to provide Emirates ID copy / Passport copy for each passenger at the time of booking. This is in accordance with aviation regulations set by the Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). Please update passport / emirates  id copy in the below link( https://raynawaiver.raynab2b.com )24 hours before the flight  to complete the check in process  and guest has to fill and sign the waiver form  at site before the flight . (Without above this documents  passengers are not allowed to fly) 
• The guest’s valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations, allowing us to communicate the pickup time and provide any updates regarding the tour.
• The Balloon Flights team will share the exact pickup time the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
• Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in the cancellation of the entire flight.
• The pick-up and drop-off times for private transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Private transfers are available from other emirates at an additional cost 
• Children under 5 years old and individuals over 70 years old will not be permitted to fly.
• The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge.
• Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly.
• A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment. No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided.
• All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing. The company does not accept responsibility for any adverse health conditions, as guests participate at their own risk.
• Guests with disabilities, including mental health, emotional, and physical conditions, are not allowed to participate.
• Guests are not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity.
• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly prohibited from flying.
• Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for this activity. Be sure to avoid high heels and wear comfy shoes or boots instead.
• This activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, serious knee problems, back issues, those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights.
• Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to proceed with or cancel the flight, prioritizing guest safety and following flying guidelines. If the flight is canceled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.

•          Cancellations : Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tour departure are eligible for 100% refund.   Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to tour departure will be 100% charged and not eligible for refund

    ·     The refund will be processed within 5–11 business days to the original payment method used.

   

• Issuance of a UAE visa is subject to approval by UAE Immigration Authorities. Rayna Tours does not guarantee visa approval.
• Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted, irrespective of approval or rejection.
• Visa processing timelines are approximate and may vary due to immigration checks, holidays, or additional verification.
• Applicants must submit accurate and genuine documents. Any mismatch may result in rejection.
• Rayna Tours is not responsible for visa rejection, delay, or blacklisting due to previous overstays, absconding cases, or immigration violations.
• UAE Immigration may request additional documents or security deposits based on nationality or applicant profile.
• Approved visas must be used within the stated validity period and strictly for the approved duration of stay.
• Final entry approval at the airport is at the discretion of UAE Immigration.
• Any overstay fines, penalties, or legal consequences will be borne by the traveler.
• Visa rules, documentation, and fees are subject to change without prior notice as per UAE Immigration regulations.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

• Children between age 5 to 11 years of  will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
• NOTE: Children under five years old and individuals over 65 years old will not be permitted to fly.

Pick-up:   3:45 AM - 4:45 AM  from your hotel or residence in a private  Land Cruiser.

Pre-flight Refreshment & Safety Briefing: Stop at the Majlis for tea, coffee, water, and restroom use. The balloon captain will then give a safety briefing before transferring to the take-off site.

Take-off: Scenic Private hot air balloon flight with live commentary from the captain.

Inflight Breakfast: Breakfast will be served by butler during flight

After Landing: Driver will pick you up from the landing area (location depends on wind direction) and transfer you back to their residence /hotel

Duration: The entire experience takes approximately 5-6 hours
